Corporate structure
The company has undergone some corporate changes over the years, effectively expanding the corporate structure to Porto Intermodale Ravenna spa SAPIR, an important operator of the port of Ravenna, to the Port System Authority of the Central-Northern Adriatic Sea and to MIR RAIL. The current corporate composition is shown in this graph:
In June 2012, the transfer by TPER spa of the freight railway sector to Dinazzano Po was accomplished. The operation authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting of Dinazzano Po was completed with the transfer of the business branch and consequent increase in share capital which, after the operation, amounts to Euro 38,705,000.00. In September 2018, ACT sold, through a public procedure, its share to Mercitalia Rail which took over with the same effect, becoming part of the corporate structure.
