The current corporate composition is shown in this graph:<\/p>\n<p>In June 2012, the transfer by TPER spa of the freight railway sector to Dinazzano Po was accomplished. The operation authorized by the Shareholders&#8217; Meeting of Dinazzano Po was completed with the transfer of the business branch and consequent increase in share capital which, after the operation, amounts to Euro 38,705,000.00.
